Given the Padres will be without Luis Perdomo in 2021, here are three bullpen arms to target when free agency officially opens.
With the club since 2016, Luis Perdomo never materialized into the pitcher he was projected to be when he signed with the St. Louis Cardinals as an international free agent in November 2010. He was a Rule 5 draft pick for the Padres, going straight from High-A ball to the big leagues.
The 27-year-old’s struggles in the rotation and the bullpen are well-known, and he was likely going to be a non-tender candidate this offseason anyway.
