The Padres are asking fans wondering about ticket refunds to be patient.
The team is in a holding pattern, too, as Major League Baseball decides how to cope with the novel viral pandemic that’s postponed the first month-plus of the 2020 season.
“We ask everyone to keep their tickets for all home games as MLB and the Padres continue to evaluate events leading up to the start of the season,” the team says on its website. A club spokesperson confirmed Friday afternoon the wait-and-see approach toward ticket adjustments is still in effect.
