I was looking at some numbers yesterday and even though the Padres aren't really doing well in general with a 35-38 record it's really only a few opponents that have given them the most trouble. Of the 14 opponents the Padres have played they've only had losing records against 4 of them. And three of those opponents were played in short series and two were interleague teams that the Padres won't face again until the World Series.
