It took the Padres a dozen hours to respond to the awful behavior of their flagship radio station, but Ron Fowler and Peter Seidler’s statement reads like they spent ten minutes on it.
First, they fail to identify dumpster fire of a human being Kevin Klein as the employee in question. Second, they throw all the blame on Entercom, a company they willingly entered into an agreement with. Third, they admit that they jumped to 97.3 blind, a reckless move that has put them in this situation to begin with. And fourth, they offer no course of action to improve things.
