On Tuesday, Shawn Kelley and Derek Norris were removed from the game against the Texas Rangers due to injuries. Luckily, the calendar has already passed September 1. At the top of the month, the Padres called up Nick Vincent from AAA El Paso and activated Marcos Mateo from the 15-day disabled list.
