Myers, Profar homer in 6-4 win over Rangers

That makes two wins in a row for the Padres (13-12) who outlasted the Rangers (10-12) by a score of 6-4 onTuesday afternoon at Glove Life Field.

Following Tatis’ controversial grand slam in Monday’s contest, the Padres opened up the scoring with another grand slam, this one by Wil Myers in the very first inning. Three innings later, Jurickson Profar hit a two-run shot to left that pushed the Friars into a comfortable 6-0 lead.

In usual San Diego fashion, the suspense grew and grew until the very end.
