The San Diego Padres are reportedly looking into dealing another outfielder.
Melvin Upton Jr. was traded to the Toronto Blue Jays on Wednesday. Now, right fielder Matt Kemp could reportedly be headed to the Atlanta Braves.
"Padres working hard to trade Matt Kemp and are willing to pay most of salary," ESPN's Jim Bowden reported on Saturday. "The Braves are one of two teams in discussions according to Padres source."
Ken Rosenthal of Fox Sports added to Bowden's report, noting Atlanta's need for offense.
