Jose Pirela drove in two runs on his second homer and Hunter Renfroe – the Pacific Coast League leader in extra-base hits – doubled three times in Triple-A El Paso’s 6-3 win over Sacramento on Friday.
Renfroe is hitting .325 in his second season with the Chihuahuas (31-22), who have won three straight games by breaking a tie in the sixth inning or later.
