Hudson Potts is beginning to make up for lost time.
The 20-year-old third baseman drove in two runs on his sixth homer, the go-ahead blast in Double-A Amarillo’s 9-7 win over visiting Frisco on Sunday.
Potts had missed nearly a month with an oblique injury. He also singled in a two-hit game that lifted his OPS to .641 in his first full year in the Texas League, where he posted a .489 OPS in 22 games following last year’s promotion.
