We know Manny Machado has confidence and he displayed it again following the Padres series win over the Astros yesterday. “We’re going to see them again,” he told the media, which included Kevin Acee of the San Diego Union-Tribune. “They’re a really good ballclub, and how we played the last few days, I mean, it’s a little taste of it.”
“It’s going to happen.”
First off, sign me up for a Padres vs. Astros World Series (especially if it’s going to look like these past few games). Obviously sign me up because San Diego would be in it but also just look at the potential storylines.
