Right fielder Matt Kemp and first baseman Wil Myers headline the list of Padres on the 2016 Esurance MLB All-Star Game ballot, which was released Sunday. The All-Star Game presented by MasterCard will take place Tuesday, July 12. Jon Jay and Melvin Upton Jr. join Kemp as potential outfield options.
If any of them are voted into the starting lineup, they would join Gwynn, Santiago and Fred McGriff as the only Padres to start an All-Star Game hosted by San Diego.
