SAN ANTONIO – David West and Patty Mills will be in the starting lineup tonight against the Jazz, Spurs coach Gregg Popovich said.
West will fill in at power forward for LaMarcus Aldridge (rest), while Mills gets his second straight start at point guard in place of Tony Parker (sore right hip).
It’s start No. 7 this season for West, No. 2 for Mills, who said he had mixed feelings about his performance Monday night against the Bucks, when he overcame an uneven start to finish with 10 points and five assists.
“This is a different team than when I started before in the past,” he said.
