With Kawhi still recovering from a stomach bug, the Spurs' starting lineup looked completely out of sorts from the start. They combined for just 42 points on a horrendous 38.6% shooting. You won't win many games when your starting lineup struggles that much.
The Spurs bench fought hard to keep it close, but every time the Raptors found an answer and pushed the lead back out to low double digits. It was a frustrating game to watch. Oh, and it was played at an absolutely glacial 91.1 possession pace.
