Spurs recover from another slow start, defeat the Trail Blazers 110-94

With Kawhi Leonard missing his second consecutive game with stomach trouble, the Spurs defense was expected to be a little down tonight, but for most of the first half, the biggest problem for the Silver and Black was the offense’s generosity with the ball, turning it over to the Trail Blazers repeatedly and giving them easy opportunities to score the ball. The Blazers, who had Damian Lillard sitting out with a sprained ankle, were happy to take advantage of the gifts the Spurs were giving to them, and CJ McCollum used his skill and shooting touch to score in bunches.
