Spurs’ Leonard expected to play vs. Raptors

TORONTO — Spurs small forward participated in shootaround this morning at the Air Canada Centre and appears on track to return to the lineup for tonight’s game against the Raptors.

Leonard, the Spurs’ leading scorer, missed Monday’s 119-68 win in Philadelphia with a stomach ailment brought on, coach Gregg Popovich said, by a bad cheese steak sandwich.

“He’s getting back and feeling pretty good,” Popovich said this morning. “I think he’ll probably play. They gave him some fluid, and it’s been another day. He might start out a little slow and get his rhythm back, but he’ll be fine.
