I will start this article by saying that Cory Joseph improved last year and as a result he had the best season of his career. Joseph averaged a career high 6.8 points and 2.4 assists. He was also shot 50% from the field and he committed only 0.8 assists turnovers.
In 14 starts, Joseph averaged 13.2 points and 4.5 rebounds. The problem with resigning Joseph is that he was going to cost a lot, as shown in the deal he signed with the Toronto Raptors. He signed for 4-years $30 million.
There are various reasons to believe that Joseph won’t be missed despite his impact.
