Against the Toronto Raptors, San Antonio Spurs center Joffrey Lauvergne suffered a sprained right ankle. He hasn’t played in the four games since, which the Spurs have gone 1-3 in.
Before Thursday’s game against the Golden State Warriors, Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich updated Lauvergne’s injury timetable. Via Tom Orsborn of the San Antonio Express-News, Popovich said it could be “4 or 5, 6 days.”
Lauvergne was the first of the three injured San Antonio players to receive a timetable. Kawhi Leonard (quad) and Tony Parker (quad) remain without one.
Pop said Lauvergne’s ankle sprain was more severe than he initially thought and he could be out another “4 or 5, 6 days.
