San Antonio Spurs: Injury report vs. Nets quickly builds up

The San Antonio Spurs stayed healthy for two games, a rare occurrence in the 2017-18 NBA season. However, that changed vs. the Atlanta Hawks. Manu Ginobili left this game with a thigh contusion, building an injury list that already included Rudy Gay.

On Wednesday, the once-again-injured Spurs will return to the court. They will be at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY to face the Brooklyn Nets.

About 24 hours beforehand, San Antonio released the official injury report for this matchup. Gay (right heel bursitis) and Ginobili (right thigh contusion) were listed as “out.” Pau Gasol (right wrist sprain) was a new addition to the list, as he will be “questionable” to play in this New York City borough.
