The San Antonio Spurs of the mid-2010s had a special kind of bond. Going 117-47 from 2012-2014, they made the NBA Finals in consecutive years for the first time in franchise history and enjoyed each other’s company along the way.
That special era included guys like Manu Ginobili, Patty Mills, Matt Bonner, Tiago Splitter, and Boris Diaw, who built unique relationships amid dominant runs. Over the years, those rosters have gotten together to reminisce over their good times together, usually over coffee.
