The 2017-18 season marks the eighth one for Danny Green on the San Antonio Spurs. He joined them in 2010-11 as a guard off the bench, before moving into a starting role by 2011-12 and remaining there ever since. This ride included two NBA Finals appearances, with a championship in 2014.
After this season, Green has the choice to become a free agent, as he can opt out of his salary for 2018-19. Before that happens, though, the former UNC Tar Heel will be under new representation.
Roc Nation Sports officially announced that it has signed Green, who also confirmed the move on Twitter:
Whether this new representation means anything toward his impending free agency remains to be seen.
