San Antonio Spurs: Becky Hammon Reportedly Up for Bucks GM Job

In 2015, the San Antonio Spurs hired former WBNA star Becky Hammon as an assistant coach, becoming the first female to hold this position in the NBA. She then led the Spurs in the NBA Summer League, along with winning the title, in 2015, and even was part of the coaching staff for the Western Conference at the 2016 NBA All-Star Game.

Well, Hammon could make more history. According to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports, she will interview for the Milwaukee Bucks’ vacant General Manager job. The Bucks will also speak with Portland Trail Blazers assistant GM Bill Branch, Miami Heat assistant GM Adam Simon and Detroit Pistons assistant GM Pat Garrity.
