The San Antonio Spurs were hoping to take one game from the Nuggets in Denver before returning to Texas for Game Three.
They accomplished that goal with an intense win in Game One, so they were playing with house money in Denver on Tuesday night in Game Two.
The Spurs led by 10 points at halftime, but a brilliant comeback from the Nuggets, led by Jamal Murray‘s 21 fourth quarter points, and some questionable calls from the refs, including a crucial technical foul against Gregg Popovich, helped Denver secure their first win of the series.
