The San Antonio Spurs have been busy all offseason. The Spurs are showing interest in Rasual Butler. The 36-year old has been on 7 teams in his 12-year career.
Butler averaged 7.7 points in 75 games with the Washington Wizards last season. Butler shot 39% from three-point range. He is not only an efficient shooter, he makes good decisions (0.6 t0pg).
His terrific shooting wasn’t a fluke, he is a career 36% three-point shooter. His best season came in 2010 when he averaged 11.9 points with the Los Angeles Clippers.
Butler would be a terrific option for the Spurs bench, as a replacement for shooting guard Marco Belinelli.
