The San Antonio Spurs have clinched the 6th seed in a tough Western Conference and will face against the Los Angeles Clippers in the first round. With San Antonio’s depth in the center department has taken a hit with an injury to Tiago Splitter’s calf, this will force Aron Baynes to be the Spurs’ X-Factor for the round and the playoffs. The Clippers have an advantage with height as do other teams they may potentially face, but Baynes has numerous assets that will play a huge role for the silver and black that will make him an important piece to the system.
