Every season, the NBA has its annual trade deadline. It’s the final day of the league calendar for all 30 teams to swap players with another organization. This usually becomes the most active, midseason day of the year that’s not the NBA Draft or July 1.
On Thursday, at 3:00 p.m. ET, the 2018 NBA Trade Deadline will take place. It’s the final opportunity for teams, including the San Antonio Spurs, to beef up their roster or shed players to prep for the final two months of the season. That’s along with the 16 teams that remain after a playoff spot.
