Spurs 'Optimistic' Ginobili Won't Retire

ESPN.com's Marc Stein reported the Spurs are "even more determined" to push Ginobili into coming back for one more season with Aldridge brought into the fold.
Ginobili, who turns 38 later this month, plans to announce his decision in the Argentine newspaper La Nacion.
