Earlier this month, LaMarcus Aldridge treated hundreds of students at the Calderon Boys and Girls Club to back-to-school backpacks and iPads. The event brought together many of the city’s leading partners and was chronicled in a post.
Wednesday, LMA raised the bar by surprising ten students with a $200 shopping adventure at the north side Academy Sports and Outdoors. Aldridge took turns helping the students pick out their gear for the school year.
