Robert Horry did it with the Houston Rockets, the Los Angeles Lakers , and the San Antonio Spurs. In total, Horry won seven championships making him the player to win the most NBA titles who did not play with Bill Russell. He did, on the other hand, win them with Hakeem Olajuwon, Kobe Bryant, and Tim Duncan.
