The details of the deal have yet to be announced, but the second year is reportedly non-guaranteed. It was all but inevitable that Forbes wouldn’t be back next season due to the Spurs’ plethora of higher-ceiling guards, and he didn’t always receive much love from fans because of it, but that doesn’t mean his time with the Spurs shouldn’t be fondly remembered.
