SACRAMENTO, Calif. — LaMarcus Aldridge got up a few extra jumpers after his first official Spurs shootaround Thursday morning, then ambled to the sideline at Sleep Train Arena and admitted what was obvious.
He’s looking forward to tonight’s game in Sacramento more than he’s looking been looking forward to a preseason game in a long, long time.
“Normally, I wouldn’t go too hard or really look forward to it,” Aldridge said. “As far as this one, I want to put the terminology to work and ingrain it in my memory. I’m going to take it serious.”
