On Thursday morning, the PGA Tour hits the course at Torrey Pines South in San Diego, California for the 2021 U.S. Open Championships. Leading the favorites is Jon Rahm, even edging out 2020 winner Bryson DeChambeau. Rahm has yet to win a tour event yet this season.

A slope rolling, flat course, Torrey Pines South last hosted the U.S. Open in 2008 when Tiger Woods secured his third U.S. Open title. Both the landscape and the competition have undergone some changes since then, though more with the latter than the former.
