SAN FRANCISCO – Multiple Gaels shined in their first college race at the USF Invite, including freshman Rayna Stanziano who cracked the top ten with a ninth-place finish for the women.

The women's team finished fourth out of seven schools on Saturday, defeating UC Davis, Santa Clara, and UC Santa Cruz. Stanziano impressed in her first collegiate race with a ninth-place finish (22:10.0). Fellow first-year Briseida Garcia-Meza was not far behind in 11th with a time of 22:11.
