MORAGA, Calif. — The first-place Saint Mary’s women’s tennis team travels to Southern California this weekend for its biggest test yet, facing both No. 9 Pepperdine and Loyola Marymount on the road in key West Coast Conference matchups.
The Gaels (6-7, 3-0 WCC) first face the No. 9-ranked Waves (11-2, 1-0 WCC) at 1:30 p.m. Friday in Malibu. They then take on LMU (5-8, 0-1 WCC) in Los Angeles at 1 p.m. Saturday. Saint Mary’s has won four matches in a row and is atop the WCC standings.
