MORAGA, Calif. - Saint Mary's fought tooth and nail in a back and forth match against Sacramento State but the Hornets edged the Gaels with a three-set win to clinch the 4-2 victory. The Gaels are now 2-2 in the spring season and will travel to San Jose State next Friday for their fifth match of the season.
Olivia Rook was 2-0 on the day with a doubles and a singles match win. Stefanie Silva had the other singles point for Saint Mary's with a straight sets victory over Palina Saulevich.
