MORAGA, Calif. — The Saint Mary’s women’s tennis team travels to the state capitol Tuesday to face Sacramento State in its final non-conference match of the spring.
The Gaels (3-7, 1-0 West Coast Conference) last played 10 days ago in their first WCC match of the season. The Gaels left San Diego on March 12 believing they had dropped their first conference match, 4-2. But a recent protest against the Toreros’ lineup substitutions awarded the Gaels a 4-2 victory after forfeits.
Saint Mary’s is 1-5 in true road matches this season, and 2-2 in neutral site matches.
