STOCKON, Calif. — Saint Mary's ended their first meet of the season with a finals victory as Jocelyn Massey claimed the singles win as well as the doubles with partner Gabriela Tevez at the Pacific Fall Invite.
At least one Gael was guaranteed to be in the singles final after a good showing on the first day saw three of the four Saint Mary's players progress to the semi-finals. In the first semi-final, it was an all-Gael affair with Massey facing off with teammate Stefanie Silva with the sophomore winning in two sets over the freshman (6-1, 6-3).
