MORAGA, Calif. – Saint Mary's Women's Tennis dominated in their penultimate home match of the season in a 6-1 victory over the Portland Pilots on Friday afternoon. The Gaels have won six of their last eight matches and are now 9-8 overall and 4-3 in WCC play.
The Gaels took the doubles point after Lene Mari Hovda and Julia Ronney beat Aleks Dimitrijevic and Jana Tanevska 6-1, followed by No. 36 tandem Mariia Kozyreva and Jordan Harris defeating Sally Pethybridge and Rimona Rouf 6-4 to improve to 10-1 as a tandem on the season.
