DAVIS, Calif. — Saint Mary's rallied on Thursday to come from behind and beat the Aggies 4-3 for the team's second straight win. SMC is now 2-2 on the year with all four matches coming on the road.
The Gaels were down 3-2 in points to UC Davis (4-3) but won back-to-back singles matches to close out the victory. Saint Mary's freshmen were crucial to the win as first Gabriela Tevez battled through a three-set match to eventually win 6-4, 1-6, 6-3 as the No. 6 seed which would tie the score 3-all.
