MORAGA, Calif. — There aren't many student-athletes who have achieved what Madeline Holland achieved during the Gaels most recent home stand. Wrapping up the month of January, the senior out of Burlingame joined an exclusive club of Saint Mary's greats by joining the 1,000-point club, becoming the 24th in Saint Mary's history to reach this milestone.
Holland has been a fantastic scorer since her first game as a Gael, and her point total has continued to climb with each week of hoops. Holland has averaged above 11 points per game in each of the last two seasons, and has currently put up at least 10 points in the last eight games, the second-longest streak of her career (14 games in a row last season).
