SAN JOSE, Calif. – The Gaels competed well on Saturday at the West Coast Invitational and placed within the top-10 of every race they competed in.
For the women, Abby Bolt was able to nab the top-spot in the 3000 meter run with a time of 10:07.51 followed closely by Ellen Burbank in second place (10:19.26) who ran a new lifetime best, beating out her previous time of 10:38. Neylene Leon secured third place for the Gaels in the 1500 meter with a time of 4:51.21 and was the only Gael to race in that heat.
