DENTON, Texas —u200b In the first of three games against North Texas this weekend, Saint Mary's (8-23) collected three hits in the game, but were unable to overcome the Mean Green on Friday as North Texas secured the 8-0 win.
HOW IT HAPPENED
North Texas added runs to the board early as the Mean Green put up a run in the first inning followed by three in the second. After Saint Mary's held North Texas from scoring in the third and fourth innings, the Mean Green scored four in the fifth to clinch the win.
