MORAGA, Calif. — The final five games of the regular season take place at home for Saint Mary's softball, and the final non-conference of the season occurred on Friday afternoon at Cottrell Field. Saint Mary's hosted Sacramento State in a doubleheader as both teams regular seasons are just about over. Saint Mary's got the bats going strong early in game one to the tune of a 5-2 win but fell 3-0 in the doubleheader finale, settling for a split. The Gaels are 18-28 heading into the final week of the year while Sacramento State ends their regular season 27-18.
