FOLSOM, Calif. – The 2022-23 Saint Mary's Rowing season came to a close on Saturday morning with the completion of the 2023 West Coast Conference Championship. Saturday marked the sixth time the Gaels have raced on Lake Natoma this season.
SMC finished 6th overall for the second year running, but their improvement in speed and times show promise for years to come.
LAST ONE FAST ONE
The first race of the morning for the Gaels was the Varsity Four. Starting in lane 6, the SMC boat consisted of Coxswain Madison Sciba, Kaitlin Quezon, Madison Ciccolella, Kiki Koeppen, Madison Potts.
