SAN FRANCISCO — Saint Mary's starting backcourt scored 38 points and the Gaels (11-5, 2-3 WCC) outlasted a late San Francisco (10-8, 4-4 WCC) push to win their second conference game on the road and sweep the week.
HOW IT HAPPENED
Logan Johnson had a dominant offensive game with 20 points on 10-of-15 shooting with four rebounds and three assists to boot. It was the junior's second most single-game points and was just six fewer than the career-best he set two weeks ago versus Santa Clara.
Tommy Kuhse posted 18 points and was a perfect 9-of-9 from the free throw line while Dan Fotu added 11 more for his third straight double-digit scoring game.
