SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA — As just announced by the Australian Basketball Federation, a pair of Gaels, Kyle Bowen and Harry Wessels, have been selected to represent their country for the Boomers in the Trans Tasman Series. The Trans Tasman Series will feature a three game series against the Boomers' rivals, New Zealand, from May 7 - 11. Bowen and Wessels will be coached by a fellow Gaels in the form of Adam Caporn, a 2003 Saint Mary's graduate and a member of Coach Bennett's staff from 2010-14, who was appointed the Boomers Head Coach a little over a month ago.
