SAN BRUNO, Calif. — Jordan Ford was named West Coast Conference Player of the Week today by the conference office after leading the Gaels to a win over East Bay rival California on Saturday.
Ford scored 32 points against the Golden Bears and was efficient in all manners of shooting as he went 10-for-14 from the field, 2-of-3 from beyond the arc, and 10-of-11 at the free throw line. The senior guard came alive in the second half, notching 25 of those points in the final 20 minutes en route to his second-most points ever in a game.
