LOS ANGELES — Perry Cohen, Jeffrey Inouye-Wong and newcomer Ash Hakim will look to continue their on course success in this week's 117th U.S. Amateur Championship at Riviera Country Club and Bel-Air Country Club from Aug. 14-20.
The most prestigious amateur event will begin on Monday in the two different sites. Built in 1927, Riviera CC will play a long 7,272 yards for a par 70. Bel-Air CC is one year older as it was established in 1926, and will play a par 70 at 6,722 yards.
The entire field will compete in a 36-hole stroke play competition with the top 64 finishers advancing to Wednesday's first round of match play.
