STANFORD, Calif. — The No. 47 Gaels closed out The Goodwin on Saturday with their second-best round of the three-day tournament among a talent-loaded 27 team field.
THE LEADERBOARD
Host No. 31 Stanford claimed the team title as the only team to shoot under par for the tournament. The Cardinal combined for an 8-under par score and were 18 strokes ahead of second place No. 6 USC. Rounding out the top-5 of the 27 team field were No. 5 Oklahoma (14-over), No. 11 Cal (15-over), and Washington (17-over).
The Gaels tied for 21st alongside Toledo with a 41-over total for the three-day tourney.
