FRESNO, Calif. — Saint Mary's had another solid day at Sunnyside Golf Course and finished the Nick Watney Invitational in third place with a combined score of 24-under par.
LEADERBOARD
The Gaels posted the fourth lowest score of the day at 6-under to claim third place in the 9-team field. Blake Hathcoat and Evan Peterson tied for seventh on the medalist leaderboard at 7-under to lead the team. Peterson posted the Gaels' lowest total of the day at 3-under.
Ethan Farnam shot 2-under on Tuesday to wrap up t-13th, Ethan Ashbrook finished one stroke behind to tie for 15th, and Dylan VanderVeer was just one stroke back of Ashbrook to finish t-21st.
