MORAGA, Calif. — Saint Mary's men's golf continued their streak of excellent play in summer amateur tournaments over the weekend as Dylan VanderVeer claimed a first place finish at the 2021 Memorial Amateur Championship on Monday.
The championship was held at Ancil Hoffman Golf Course in Carmichael, Calif. from Saturday to Monday and featured three rounds. The field was packed with Div. I college golfers and nearly 100 total competitors took the place in the event over the weekend. The course was configured as a par 72 and is just a hair over 7,000 yards from the tips.
